1. I personally have not heard of BioWash… Is it a credible company?
   
   
   1. BioWash is a Division of ProKote International, Inc, who manufactures all BioWash products.  The company exports its green chemicals to over 40 countries worldwide. Especially in areas where water is scarce, such as: Australia, South Africa, the UK, and more. The company has been featured on NBC news, The New York Times, Telemundo 51, and many other media channels.



2. How often should my car be ‘BioWashed’?
   
   
   1. Depending on how often you use your car, we generally recommend ‘BioWashing’ every 2-3 weeks. But for those who like their cars ‘BioWashed’ every week, this is possible as well.



3. How long should I allow for a BioWash?
   
   
   1. Our services vary from 30 minutes to over 2 hours, depending on the services performed and how many BioWash operators are working on your vehicle.



4. How do you wash a car without using water?
   
   
   1. Our unique waterless car wash & polish process uses an exclusive polymer compound which encapsulates the dirt in a lubricant so that it can be removed without a scratch. All that is left behind is a polish residue which we remove with a soft cloth to reveal a beautifully polished and protected surface.



5. Will it scratch my car?
   
   
   1. ProKote BioWash is totally scratch-free. Guaranteed. The products we use have a 15 year history in Europe and have been thoroughly tested. Our service is regularly used to clean and protect some of the most expensive and exotic cars, such as: Lamborghini, Maserati, Bugatti, Aston Martin, and Ferrari, just to name a few. The polymer in the product encapsulates the dirt and lifts it from the surface of your paint.  It is then safely removed with a clean cloth.



6. I've noticed that my car has “feather like” scratches in the paintwork. What causes these?
   
   
   1. Spraying a car with water only removes some of the superficial dirt, but small particles of dirt remain adjacent to the surface of the paint. Rubbing a sponge or a chamois over your paint actually grinds this dirt into your paint—this is one of the main causes for "feather scratches.”
      
      Most cars have feather scratches when they have been cleaned using traditional water washing methods. BioWash uses an exclusive polymer compound which encapsulates the dirt and lubricates the surface so that we can remove the dirt without scratching.
      
      Regular ‘BioWashing’ not only makes existing “feather scratches” less visible, but the protective coating applied during the BioWash service actually reduces the damage that dirt, and even traditional water washing, can do to your paint.



7. I have paint protection. Will a BioWash affect it?
   
   
   1. BioWash will actually enhance your paint protection. In fact, the BioWash mobile service also offers an additional paint sealant process, known as Diamond-Kote, that protects both new cars and used cars. All our products have been tested for paint protection performance.



8. My car has window tinting. Is that okay?
   
   
   1. Absolutely! Our glass treatment is completely eco-friendly and safe to use on all types of tinted windows.



9. What is included with the BioWash Service?
   
   
   1. Our service includes a complete interior and exterior car wash and polish: The outside of your vehicle is not only washed, but it is also polished with a protective polymer coating. Tires and wheels are cleaned and shined. The interior console is totally cleaned and protected with your choice of a shiny or satin finish. The service also includes a complete interior vacuuming and your choice of fragrance. Full detailing is also available upon request.



10. What if it rains just after my car has been ‘BioWashed’?
    
    
    1. BioWash does not just wash; it also polishes and protects your car.  Even when it rains, the water will bead off the car.



11. Will I save money by using BioWash instead of a traditional car wash and or mobile car wash that uses water?
    
    
    1. Yes, you will save time and money. Please call us directly and we will show you how we save your hard earned money!



12. How much is a BioWash Service?
    
    
    1. Our standard and most popular service costs $ 25.00. However, there are variations in price in other states and countries. There is NO extra charge for SUVs, and we strongly enforce a “No Tipping Policy”. However, regular BioWash customers receive at NO extra charge, one (1) Free Full Detail once per year, as well as two (2) Diamond-Kote Applications per year to seal your paint finish, further protecting and preserving your vehicle’s paint



13. Where can I get the BioWash service?
    
    
    1. We are totally mobile so we come to you in our Hybrid Vehicles! A BioWash can be done anywhere. Either while you are at home or at work. Simply fill out the online contact form and we will get back to you immediately.



14. My car has just been ‘BioWashed’... It is so clean and shiny. So, what do I do now?

15. Can I have my own BioWash waterless car wash?
    
    
    1. Yes, BioWash is expanding both domestically and internationally, offering extensive training and support to run your own BioWash business. Territories are still available ranging from fixed locations, cities, counties, states, and even entire countries. Use our online form to contact us as soon as possible.
